I have nearly finished my 3 month probation period.

Life is busy. I haven't adjusted to it yet. Monday to Friday just seems like one long day. Some evenings when I get home I just fall asleep. Everything is expensive. I think I might just stay in London for 12 months to get experience for my CV and move elsewhere.

I'm ambitious but not at the sacrifice of enjoying life. I think my biggest concern at the moment is money. If I earned the same wage in Ireland, I would be able to have a much better life style.

That's why I would never live in London. It's a horrible place, as you mention later, a lot of people down there are pricks. It's the sort of crap you get in cities. English people just seem to be quite adept at being shits.

I've worked with people who don't mind doing 12 hours a day, 6 days a week.

Problem is, I'm only going to live once, think I really want to waste it working such long hours? Little point having money if you're not going to enjoy it.

the ridiculous cost of living seems to only apply to some UK cities, like in Birmingham a 5 million population city you can get a nice 2 bed house for £500-£600 a month and having friends in Birmingham, things in shops etc seem to be the same price as anywhere else, property costs more in Birmingham than say Wolverhampton but still far less than London prices,

but yeah Dogz even most English people will concede Londoners are cockney cunts
